TLMP-98 Tank Level Monitoring

The ITIM Systems TLMP-98 Tank Level Monitoring
Probe is a loop powered 4-20 mA differential pressure sensor
with integrated temperature compensation, over voltage protection,
signal conditioning & precision 4-20mA transmitter,
to accurately measure the level of liquid remaining in your
tank.
Designed primarily for measuring levels of tanks on marine
& heavy vehicles with a typical tank depth upto 2,000
mm.
Suitable for use in fuel, fresh oil, dirty oil, fresh water,
grey water, black water & oily bilge water tanks etc.
Sensor is supplied precalibrated to tank
depth & contents. 316 stainless steel housing, with
1/2"BSPT (M) mounting. Two way plug in terminal for
connection to sips wiring. Top or bottom mount sensor woverall
height = 65mm.

WITH BOTTOM MOUNT SENSOR
- IF TANK EMPTY, OPEN BALL VALVE BEFORE INSTALLING SENSOR
- 2. IF TANK CONTAINS LIQUID, INSERT SENSOR, TURNS ONLY, THEN
OPEN BALL VALVE AND
CONTINUE INSTALLING SENSOR.
- Supply voltage 10 to 36 VDC.
- Protected from reverse polarity.
- Overvoltage Protection
- Current limited to 200 mA.
- Load Resistor = 240 ohms.
- Typical accuracy +/- 1%.
- 20 turn pot for zero adjustment.
- 20 turn pot for span adjustment.

* Provides 20LED display of tank level with independent tank
full and empty alarms.
The AIM-TC is easy to use with system status display back
illuminated by LED light bars for instant status recognition.
* Sealed touch switch pump and alarm controls for greater
reliability.

* Flush mount 66x96 display module, with eight stage display
dimmer.
The DIGITANK 1 module is self contained with wire plug-in
on rear.
The DIGITANK 8 display is switch selectable between up to
eight tanks
via sealed touch switch with tank number display.
* A multiplexed sensor scanner is mounted separately under
the dash with plug-in wiring terminals for connection to
prewired DIGITANK 8 display module, up-to eight (8) TLMP-98
tank level monitoring probes, and system power supply 12
or 24 volts DC. |
