Four Compartment Bilge Pump and Alarm Controller

This compact, sealed, flush mount four compartment bilge pump and alarm controller module is designed for maximum reliability and ease of use.

Easy to use, with full system status display backlit by LED lightbars for instantaneous status recognition. Reliable automatic bilge pump control with antisplash pump on delay and adjustable pump run timer to pump out the compartment. Central, manual bilge pump controls. Audible and visual pump run warnings for each compartment. Four independent bilge high level alarms each with alarm isolate switch. Sealed touch switch controls for greater reliability and longer life. Common alarm test switch tests each sensor input, & all alarms & displays.

The compact 96 x 96mm WS4 bilge controller module depicted above, can be utalised with standard float switch inputs plus remote pump switching relays and and termination enclosures, or better still utalising our WS96 or WS1 local bilge pump and alarm controllers.

The WS96 local bilge controller utalizes a single 3PP bilge level sensor probe assembly in place of two float switches to sense pump on and bilge high alarm levels. It incorporates a 10 amp pump control relay with adjustable pump run timmer, pump and alarm sensativity adjustments, plug in terminals for pump, power, 3PP sensor and remote, (WS4) status indications, alarms and manual controls, all housed in a glanded junction box that is mounted near each pump. The WS1 unit is as per WS96 with addition of local pump run and alarm test switch and LED indications.

WIRING: Ship's wiring consists a protected supply from your switch board for each pump, and a 6 core 16/020 data cable from each WS96 local bilge controller, to plug-in terminals on the rear of the WS4 controller module.

This 6 core data cable incorporates remote manual pump controls, and status feed back indications that power is available to pump, when the pump is running,.and high level bilge alarm.

On the rear of the WS4 Bilge Alarm and Pump Control panel, there are two 12 way plug-in terminals for connection of all external circuits -

- Terminals 1-5 Bilge compartment 1. - Terminals 6-10 Bilge compartment 2. - Terminals 11&12 Common Remote Bilge High Alarm - Terminals 13-17 Bilge compartment 3. - Terminals 18-22 Bilge compartment 4.
